Billie´s Private Chef and Catering partners with select vacation rental agencies on the Costa del Sol to offer a full fridge service.
We have designed this concierge service to make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
When you arrive at your apartment or villa, you won´t have to worry about anything, as the kitchen and bar are fully stocked before you arrive. Just open the fridge and relax by drinking and eating at the pool or in the garden.
For guests arriving late at night or during festivals when many stores and restaurants are likely closed, we can also arrange a cold-plated dinner and a picnic lunch to enjoy on the beach the following day.
Options
We offer several options for our full fridge service:
Our basic set-price package provides six bottles of water, six bottles of assorted soda, six beers, a bottle of red or white wine, freshly baked bread from a local panaderia, cheese, Serrano ham, and fresh fruit.
Guests can add a cold-plated meal, ideal for those arriving late at night, and a picnic lunch for those who want to hit the ground running the following morning. These meals are priced per person, and vegetarian and vegan options are available. We can also prepare gluten-, dairy-free, egg-free, and nut-free meals as needed.
Finally, visitors can create a customized grocery list using our online form up to three days before arrival, selecting from various local and international a la carte-priced products. Our team will then deliver these foods and beverages to your vacation rental, stocking the fridge and pantry for you!
How It Works
All you need to do is complete the online form linked below.
You'll be asked to provide basic contact information, the number of guests, the date of arrival, and the types of services you'd like.
You can choose any or all of our services, from our basic service to a fully-stocked kitchen and bar customized to your desires and tastes.
Our basic service starts at just 40€ for up to six guests. Add-ons like a cold-plated dinner or picnic lunch start at 10€ per person. The cost of our custom grocery service is based on the price and quantity of the foods and beverages requested. All prices include IVA and a small service charge.
Once we receive your request, our team members will review it and email you a confirmation with a summary of your order, pricing, and a link for payment. You can send us an email to make changes to your Full Fridge order up to 72 hours before arrival.
All orders must be paid 48 hours before your arrival on the Costa del Sol. Once paid, our staff will prepare your order and coordinate with your vacation rental company to ensure the kitchen and bar are stocked by the time you check in.
