Chef-owner Seán Philpott-Jones and his musician husband, Daniel Philpott-Jones, moved to the Costa del Sol in Spring 2022, fulfilling a lifelong dream of opening a piano bar in Spain. Billie´s Catering is an offshoot of that venture, allowing professionally-trained and award-winning chef Seán to use his culinary education to prepare quality meals for visitors and residents alike.
Our mission is straightforward — to offer top-quality, delicious catering services prepared with locally sourced seasonal ingredients.
Referred to as "farm-to-table" cuisine, this concept reflects Billie's mission, philosophy, and values. It ensures that the environment, the land, the communities, and the people are protected by moving away from industrialized and processed foods.
We use only the freshest, highest-quality ingredients in our dishes. We use seasonal products grown and sourced locally, creating a direct connection between those who farm the food and those who consume it. All the food provided can also be made gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, and nut-free as needed, touching on the world's five most extensive food allergies.
